We strive to dispatch orders within 3 to 5 business days. Please be aware that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding the day of your order.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight of your purchase. Please note that we are not liable for lost or damaged packages. Opt for priority shipping if you wish to insure your package.
Kindly be informed that our shop does not offer refunds for lost or damaged packages during transit. Any claims must be filed directly with the postal services. Once your package leaves our shop, we have no authority over how mail carriers handle the packages.
